vtec conroller and valves??

VTeC is engaged at 4400rpm on a stock GS-R, give or take a few RPM based on throttle conditions, temperature, and oil pressure. You should be fine adjusting the engagement point lower, but you really would benefit from dyno testing this solution, and adding extra fuel, either via a the Fields or an adjustable riser.

I thought that the first cam is engaged then, and the larger cam is at 5500 or so?? I just want to make sure my info is right?

Tm04, I will try to talk to him next time I see him. Last time him and I spoke Hesaw mine and really wanted one so I think He might buy it. Ill keep you posted. Hey did you hear about the NSX and RS cam racing?? I heard that the NSX beat RS by 3 cars?? I wish I could have saw that race, We went up to airport Rd and waited, But there was some talk about water at the end of the track. So they ditched out by us and went some where else. Oh well. See you sometime this weekend

Hey Nick,

I heard the total opposite of that race. I heard that the chevy beat the NSX by a HUGE amount (like a never ending pull 10 car lengths). But then again, I wasn't there and my sources are unreliable.

Anyway, keep me posted about your friend. I am going to Texas this weekend so I won't make it up there, but I will try to make it next week!
